Shipping policy
When it arrives
- Orders leave our fulfilment partner's warehouse within 1–3 business days.
- Most orders arrive 7–12 business days after you order.
- Holidays and peak periods can add a few days.
Tracking
You'll get an email with a tracking link when your order ships. Can't find it? Email support.hoidasi@gmail.com and we'll resend it.
Duties and fees
The price you pay at checkout is the total. Import duties and taxes are included, and you won't be asked to pay anything on delivery.
Late or lost orders
If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, email us. We'll reship it or refund you, your choice.
Wrong address
Please check your address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was incorrect, we'll reship it once you confirm the right address. We may ask you to cover the second shipping cost.
